Since the early 2000s, DCOptima’s Consultants had implemented PMO tools from different world major vendors. Each tool from those vendor has its advantages and drawbacks as well. Moreover, users always want an easy-to-use software yet robust enough to manage thousands of projects. These circumstances had inspired DCOptima to begin developing its own Digital for Project Portfolio Management (PPM), DCOMonicon, in 2005. Since then lots of improvement and new features have been made. Nowadays, there are many happy clients managing their multiple projects using DCOMonicon, an PMO Tools.
